English translation:transmigration of souls, metempsychosis, samsara
Explanation:
Rinne-Tenshou: ։] in Japanese kanji.

1. Transmigration of souls: to pass at death from one body or being to another.

2. Metempsychosis: the passing of the soul at death into another body either human or animal.

3. samsara: the indefinitely repeated cycles of birth, misery, and death caused by karma (the force generated by a person's actions held in Hinduism and Buddhism to perpetuate transmigration and in its ethical consequences to determine the nature of the person's next existence.

Samsara is probably the most adequate translation for Rinne Tenshou.

Hope that the above explanation will helpful.
