Please, try to bear in mind some important grammatical points:

1) Try not to use "Yo estoy..." as you will fall into redundancy (delete "yo")
2)"contenta de...". In Spanish you are
"contenta DE que ocurra algo o POR algo"
(here, don´t delete "de")
3)Although fianceé is "novio" (but very formal) and "enamorado" should be a good word, the use of these words depends on context and the country you are translating for. In Argentina, Uruguay and some other South American countries, "novio" sounds much better.
4) Finally, there is an English mistake in the original which should be:
"I´m very happy YOU ARE my boyfriend".

I'm so glad= Yo estoy muy/tan contenta

¿de qué estás tan contenta?. Pues de que "you´re my boyfriend"; es decir: "de que seas mi novio".

La traducción literal sería, pues:

"ESTOY TAN/MUY CONTENTA DE QUE SEAS MI NOVIO".

Esta construcción tiene la pega de que no es natural en español.

Cualquier chica diría "me encanta que seas mi novio". Aquí "me encanta" resume el "so glad"; "estar encantada"="estar muy/tan contenta"= "alegrarse mucho/tanto"; es decir "me alegro tanto de que seas mi novio"

Resumiendo

ESTOY MUY/TAN CONTENTA DE QUE SEAS MI NOCIO

quedaría mejor como

ME ENCANTA QUE SEAS MI NOVIO

O mejor aún:

ME ALEGRO TANTO/MUCHO DE QUE SEAS MI NOVIO.

Observa que pongo tan/muy tanto/mucho dependiendo de la continuación/contexto de la expresión.
