Rhine eh mund (like "fund").

In America this would be pronounced like "Rhine" or "Rhein" (like the river), then "eh" then "mund" (like English "Fund"). Depends who the speaker is and where he comes from. HTH.

agree conejo : rhein-uh-mund would be the right US pronunciation

Is this a German?

I suppose you mean Reinemund. The German pronunciation would be
Rye - nuh - moond. (short oo as in book)
If he's an American with German ancestors, the pronunciation could be different.

I should mention that the German R sounds different than the American R.
Peer comment(s):

agree Richard Benham : That's why I suggested asking Steve....//Well, ring up Pepsi's PR section and ask, "What's the name of your CEO?"

Well, if Steve is an American, he probably doesn't know either. :-) If this is the Pepsi CEO (quick Google check), it's probably not that easy to call him up and ask how he pronounces his name.
