punctuation marks

The question as itself, arose out of a translation task. so i mean the question'd not be market as a non-acceptable/admittable one.

Voting this non-Pro because Kudoz is supposed to be about translation problems. I assume your translations are being proofed by a native English speaker so they should be able to ensure that punctuation is correct. Otherwise, it is a matter of looking up grammar books and style guides to see what you should be using.

Put that as an answer. I agree with all except that it appears there is another list of trends coming after 2016 so colon is probably needed.

I don't think there are hard and fast rules for punctuation of bulleted lists but I would suggest:
Put a semi-colon after the bold bulleted items but none after the items under 'Personnel Management Strategy'. Indent these three items.
On line 1 you don't need a comma before 'including'.
In the final bulleted item you don't need a colon after 2016. Only this last item gets a period at the end to close the list.

With regard to restrictive or non-restrictive, I can't think of examples related to this context but check out this website, where it is explained very clearly with some examples: http://www.cws.illinois.edu/workshop/writers/restrictiveclau... Restrictive clauses do not get commas on both sides but non-restrictive clauses do.
