English term or phrase: Lay-off and Recall
I had this term somewhere, but I can not find it. I have used it plenty of times and it's at the tip of my tongue. I just can't remember. Can somebody help me?

This is a heading in an Employee Handbook. Below the heading it explains the company policy for lay-off's and recalls of employees. Thank you.
