Jy is baie aantreklik

Explanation:
Referring to a man using the word "beautiful" is a bit odd, also in Afrikaans. Rather use "aantreklik" which means "handsome".

Or, instead of calling him beautiful, you might also call his attributes beautiful: "Jy het 'n mooi glimlag" = you have a beautiful smile.

NOTE: Keep in mind that "gorgeous" is sometimes teen talk for "favourable". Hence "you are so gorgeous" might mean "I feel positive about you because of what you do or who you are". In that case, the Afrikaans might be "Jy is baie oulik" (you are so/very cute), which in certain circumstances is permissible when referring to males.
