نموذج أصفَر باهت
Explanation: My answer is very much in line with Dikran's answer. One has to be extra cautious with colors named after objects. Reference to dairy products in this context simply won’t do. The cream that is referred to here is “the yellowish fatty component of unhomogenized milk that tends to accumulate at the surface,” according to the American Heritage Dictionary. Unless you can think of a name that will unmistakably point to this cream and not any other, you are likely to lose your reader.
That is why, like Dikran, I prefer a term closer to “pale yellow,” except that I prefer BAHIT. I don’t think SHAHIB is wrong; it is just that SHAHIB calls to my mind the paleness of anemia. Perhaps I have worked with cancer patients for too long. ASFAR SHAHIB, incidentally, is Al-Mawrid’s choice for “cream color.”
For “form,” I tend to use نموذج
Cream color form = نموذج أصفر باهت
But I don't object to ISTIMARA.
