This is no more than a phonetic transliteration of Mueen Issa's superb translation. I am posting it only because you mentioned that you wanted to know both how to say it and how to write it.

I have intentionally refrained from supplying all the fussy grammatical inflections. I have likewise refrained from any attempt to mimic the gliding of the words as they would naturally be spoken in a sentence, preferring to keep them crisply distinct.
