Explanation:
Updating my previous translation (thanks to George Michael and his 'revelation'), the above is the translation of The Bible Society in Lebanon, 4th edition 1993.

Incidentally, the Authorized (King James) Version has the verse as such:
"...Lord God Almighty, which was, and is, and is to come."
