I have doubts translating a company name ending with inc into arabic. can someone help me here shall I keep inc or replace it by sth else.

Most such situations call for consultation with the client (through the agency). In some cases, we agreed to drop the word altogether. It varies from one situation to another.

agree  shfranke: Fuad is right. The concept of US term "Inc." also can vary greatly if you need to render the term into Arabic equivalents
