The insult "Her-whiny Granger" was taken from the following sentence:

"Thanks for not inviting me to your party Her-whiny Granger."
In this situation, the girl is a high school student. She is definitely not a farmer
to be called a "granger" in a literal way. That's why I believe it's some kind of insult for not inviting the boy to her party.
