jesus
يسوع

Explanation:
If it is not an abbreviation, then it means for sure, يسوع
Though I am not sure of the contextual meaning in such a text that is related to the Supreme Court of the United States, yet the only meaning of this word is the name of Jesus يسوع

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thanks for your effort But, check the above discussion

Asker: Please google that case, you will find that word "jesus" mentioned before parties names. Also I do not know if it suitable to translated to مميز or مدعو But sure not يسوع (JESUS C. HERNANDEZ, ET AL., PETITIONERS v. JESUS MESA, JR., ET AL.)

jesus
خيسوس

Explanation:
As I mentioned above, the pronunciation of this name in Spanish is "hay-sous". Going by some names I found listed in Wikipedia, the accepted spelling may be خيسوس in Arabic. See the following for an example.

https://ar.wikipedia.org/wiki/خيسوس_كورونا

I disagree with using يسوع as you are translating the name of an individual, not the prophet Jesus.

It is also clear from the surnames (Hernandez, Mesa, etc.) that the parties are of Hispanic origin.
