Courts and tribunals: AL-MAHAKIM WA MAJALIS AL-QADHA’.

Both courts and tribunals are bodies that adjudicate in legal matters. In this context, when translated into arabic tribunals = courts which will be very superfluous.

Suggestion: you may want to omit it in the arabic translation since it will be redundunt.
