ukhtt

Explanation:
A sister is: ukhtt أخت
If you want to be more specific, a sister from the same father and mother is called: shaqeeqa شقيقة (pronounced shaqeeqatun with Arabic diacritics)

My sister: ukhttee أختي
Or: shaqeeqatee شقيقتي

The girl over there is my sister.
Al fataato allatee hoonakka ukhttee (or shaqeeqatee),
الفتاة التي هناك أختي
orشقيقتي

We are from the same family.
nahhnu min al a’ailati nafsiha.
نحن من العائلة نفسها

The girl could be translated into many other words instead of al fataato, like:
Al bentoo: البنت
Al sabeyatoo: الصبية
