If you use ambition as suggested above by my colleagues, it would be the commendable/benign/harmless type of ambition. Some of suggestions I made carry connotation of non-commendable, non-praisworthy attitudes especially: Matmaa' مطمع. My suggestion if you want to use 'ambitious attitudes' with the last word I quoted you'd say "مطامع = Mataami'" only one word. HTH |
