English to Arabic translations [PRO] Tech/Engineering
English term or phrase:Unmanned Threat Emitters (UMTE)
Explanation: I disagree with your suggestion of words, especially the word "signals". If I were to translate your phrase that I am copying down here the result will be: Unmanned Emitters of Threatening Signals.
باعثات إشارات تهديد غير مأهولة
Which is not "Unmanned Threat Emitters."
There is a difference between Threat and Threatening. I would send you a Threat but I might sound threatening. In my suggested translation I chose Makhater (Threats) which means that the simulater is reporting virtual threats, rather than sending threatening signals.
