Unmanned Threat Emitters (UMTE)

Explanation:
"UMTE - Unmanned Threat Emitters. Pilots can now receive invaluable training against surface-to-air radar guided missile and anti-aircraft artillery (AAA) threats. "(Source: http://homepage.ntlworld.com/carl.hender/acmi.htm)

نظم الإنذار الألية
Or مرسلات المخاطر الغير مأهوله

The first one in transliteration, if you do not have Arabic script is: Noudhoum Al-Inzar Al-Al-Liah! (Automated Warning Systems).

The second is: Moursilat Al-Makhater Al-Ghair Ma'Houlah (Unmanned Threat Emmiters).

Since this is a specialized term I wanted to translate it in two ways. A word for word, and the other is a general translation that indicates the use of the equipment.

Note: If you can not view Arabic, and you're using IE go under View->Encoding and switch to Arabic(Windows).

neutral  Raghad: Ghiar is one of the most indefinite nouns. It never takes al الـ , we say ghair ma ‘hoola, or ghair alma’hoola.

باعثات إشارات تهديد غير مأهولة

Explanation:
Pronounced: BA"ITHAT ISHARAT TAHDEED GHAYR MA'HOOLA.

Emitters are "electronic devices that simulate enemy radar threats used to train aircrews to defend themselves and their aircraft from destruction by enemy air defense forces." See the following:

http://www.cevp.com/docs/RBTI/VOL1/Ch9.pdf

These electronic devices are not for warning, but for simulating threatening enemy signals. Other possible phrasings:

MUHADDIDAT GHAYR MA'HOOLA
BA'ITHAT TAHDEED GHAYR MA'HOOLA
AJHIZAT BATH ISHARAT TAHDEED GHAYR MA'HOOLA.

Unmanned Threat Emitters (UMTE)

Explanation:
I disagree with your suggestion of words, especially the word "signals". If I were to translate your phrase that I am copying down here the result will be: Unmanned Emitters of Threatening Signals.
باعثات إشارات تهديد غير مأهولة

Which is not "Unmanned Threat Emitters."

There is a difference between Threat and Threatening. I would send you a Threat but I might sound threatening. In my suggested translation I chose Makhater (Threats) which means that the simulater is reporting virtual threats, rather than sending threatening signals.
