"bank" بنك

Explanation:
According to "Munir Baalbaki" Almawrid Dictionary, "Bank" بنك is a long seat for 2 persons or more.. that's what differentiates it from the common word "seat".

Maq'ad

Explanation:
There are several meanings for this word, but since it is refering to a place to sit on then it should be "Maq'ad".

Maq'ad Khashabi taweel

Explanation:
Maq'ad is more a translation for seat. If you really want to mean bench (long seat), Maq'ad khashabi taweel is the right translation. A one word translation for bench does not exist, however 'Mastaba" plural (Masمtib) could do.

Good luck, Fayçal

Miq'ad

Explanation:
Mig'ad and not Maga'd or Maq'ad. There is no equivalent in Arabic for bench, however, these words can be suggested: Kursey, Areekah, Miq'ad.

dikkah or mastabah دكَّـة مصطبة

Explanation:
Both the above words refer to a bench, rather than any seat. The translation miq'ad مقعد chosen by others is really a generic word for seat.

Strictly speaking, the two words I have chosen refer to an outdoor bench, but they are closer to the intended meaning than other available choices.

As an alternative, the asker can consider the following words, although they relate more to a couch or A sofa:

arikah أريـكة
kanabah كنبـة
