قائمة هابطة

Explanation:
Microsoft's manuals use the term QA'IMA for menu and uses the term KHIYARAT for the items on each menu.

I have not seen a term for "pulldown" menu, so my suggestion QA'MA HABITA is a just a brazen-faced invention.

Kaa'emah mas-houbbah ILA-Lasfal

Explanation:
Dear Mouna,
Pull-down menu means the menu of options that appear at certain points in the program(seems to be hanging from the top of the screen) and disappears once the required option is selected.
The explanation in Arabic is as follows:
La'ihat khayarat tath-har lil-mostakhdim inda nikaat mouayyana fi-l-barnabej.

qa`imah matrouhah قائمة مطروحة - munbasiTah منبسطة

Explanation:
Of the above suggestions, منسدلة seems nicely related to the vertical curtain metaphor as the term drop-down is.

To add my own suggestions. I offer the two adjectives مطروحة and منبسطة giving the meaning of rolled out. I would be a little cautious with هابطة only because the word has a negative meaning.
