أنا أتكلم العربي

should suffice, especially when the speaker is interacting with people who have modest formal education in Fusha.

( Khair al-kalaam qul wa dull. خير الكلام قل ودل

While are are several other variant translations for this expression, those might well could sound bookish or condescendingly affected when uttered with simple people.

Another acceptable answer is "Ana Atahddathul 'arabiyyah".

Please note that -ul at the end of 'Atahaddathul' is actually a shortening of the Arabic definite article 'al' (the)which is supposed to be joind in Arabic script to the word that follows, but for correct pronunciation I presented it to you as it is a uttered in Arabic in a compltete sentence rather than stand alone words.
