English term or phrase: My friend
I'm not certain that this went through the first time I did it as my computer locked up. So ignore it, if it's a repeat.
This term would be said from a female to a male if applicable and it would be lovely if you could tell me how to pronounce it as well.
Sara Ann
Barekam's ...
Explanation:
The exact translation of the words "friend" is "enker", and "barekam" is a "relative", but in this case, the literary form is - "barekam's", with stressed "a".

Sometimes they can use: \"sirelis...\" with the second \"i\" stressed.

My good friend! = Im lav enker! etc.

Dear Sara Ann, this is a complicated case, it depends on the nature of their relationship...:) Good luck!
