Explanation:
The dictionary says "Talking head" means ..." the televised image of the head of a person who is talking ; also a television personality who appears in such shots"...The idea seems to be that of a speaker with whom the listeners can't react.Hence the training session can't be interactive.I first thought of PRATIKRIYABIHIN KATHA BALA MATHA...but then thought the above would be better.
