Treba nam vasa socijalna kartica i viza I-94 za sve clanove vaseg domacinstva. Explanation: I would not really translate "Social Security card." The purpose for this card is to have an unique nine digit number for each resident in the US and there isn't anything similar to this in Bosnia. My suggestion is to write it as Social Security Card, and than next to "SS kartica." Also, I-94 is a document issued to the refugee by the INS, so I would leave it just as a "I-94 viza."
