ili privatna svojina

A fee title represents absolute ownership of land, and therefore the owner may do whatever he or she chooses with the land. If an owner of a fee title dies intestate, the land will descend to the heirs.

PRIVATNO VLASNISTVO (u originalu: "Privatna svojina") - (......) "... svom titularu osigurava punu slobodu koristenja i raspolaganja ..." . (.....) - "Klasicno privatno vlasnistvo u rimskom pravu, tzv. proprietas, obicno se definira kao ius utendi, fruendi et abutendi, t.j. pravo slobodnog koristenja i raspolaganja stvari". (....) - "Pravne karakteristike klasicnog privatnog vlasnistva slijedece su: 1. ono je apsolutno, sto (u ovom slucaju, op. B.S.) znaci da obuhvaca sva ovlastenja (...); 2. ono je iskljucivo, t.j. vlasnik moze svakoga iskljuciti iz uzivanja njegovog predmeta vlasnistva (...); 3. ono je nedjeljivo i jedinstveno (... neograniceno koristenje stvari i raspolaganje njome); 4. ono je elasticno t.j. vlasnik, iako ne vrsi nikakvo vlasnicko ovlastenje, ipak ostaje vlasnik ...". - (PL, str. 909. - 910.)
