agree  Vihar Krastev: It is an air bubble in the blood circulation indeed but you may also use as well the medical term embolus = emboliya in Bulgarian. Andre, you must have quite a job with this translation. It seems to be a HARD one.

емболия (emboliya = embolus)

Explanation:
емболиите биват много и най-различни според причинителя, но попадането на въздушни мехурчета в кръвоносните съдове е един от видовете емболии. )Само не го наричайте "сториборд", моля ви)

Main Entry: em·bo·lus
Pronunciation: 'em-b&-l&s
Function: noun
Inflected Form(s): plural em·boli /-"lI/
Etymology: New Latin, from Greek embolos wedge-shaped object, stopper, from emballein
Date: 1859
: an abnormal particle (as an air bubble) circulating in the blood -- compare THROMBUS

-> Благодаря, Maya, за одобрението. Което си е тъй, тъй си е. Както би казал Мечо Пух, "Не всички могат... Някои не могат!" Аз, например, съм от тях. Но покрай този превод на Андре всички ще изучим медицината в детайли. Успехи и много доходна работа!
