Explanation:
На принципа на ултразвуково изследване работят медицински апарати за изследване на различни групи органи. Да, казва се и ехограф, но това, доколкото знам е по-тясно понятие. Тъй като не знам за какво изследване става дума предлагам да го преведете като изследване с ултразвук.
Не съм чувала на български да се казва сонограф, макар че етимологично е ясно.
