Explanation: "Cajun" refers to a people who live in the Southern United States (in the state of Louisiana actually) who were deported by the British in the early 18th century from Canada (Arcadia it was called, "cajun" is shortening of that). They were originally French settlers and there food is a strange mixture of French, Spanish and Black peoples food. it is my guess that "big easy cajun" means "big easy-going cajun"... :) |
