Buyer agrees that XXX may assign and transfer this contract by novation to the Royal Bank of Scotland Plc (‘’RBS’’). Upon such novation, RBS will assume all of SOT’s rights and obligations under the contract and SOT shall be released and discharged from all liabilities under the contract.
