Nora Britch
Benvinguts i Benvingudes!
Explanation:
Hi Nora,

the problem is about the sex of the participants. You could use a generic masculine adjective as usual in Catalan and most Latin languages : benvinguts. But if there's some woman in the audience and she could get offended by the fact it's a masculine adjective you could but "Benvinguts/Benvingudes" but it would probably spoil the graphical presentation. What about the option I proposed in the title? "Welcome and welcome!", literally, but the first one is for men and the second one is for women. It sounds very nice and natural in Catalan and also very friendly.

You choose :)

Good luck, Flavio

de benvinguda

Explanation:
Hi Nora!
I'd say "de benvinguda", I think the welcome is an adjective of the page.
Bye!

disagree  flaviofbg: It is an adjective in the description she makes (a welcome page) but within the page it says "welcome!" to greet you :)
