我想可以直接翻成 "飞机库舞蹈"

I don't think the "dance" is the the dance of aircrafts. Rather, it refers to the airline management that is "awkwardly choreographed," which includes the maintenance of aircrafts worth as much as $150 million.

Notes to answerer
Asker: thanks guy, the link is very helpful. so do you think this is talking about dance party by PEOPLE aircraft within the hangar?

Asker: in aircraft

Asker: i, however, hold a bit reservations. while dances held in hangar seem to be some celebration or intend to be so for fundraising, here it's a negative observation, and there is "awkwardly choreographed" to define the dance. will it be possible that dance here is the "dance" of aircraft?

Asker: thanks for further notes. so i come up with two versions: 拙劣的飞机库舞会 and 拙劣的飞机库管理. let's see what others have to say...

Asker: now i know it refers to aircrafts' entry into and exit of the hangar. Thank you all!
