Is "brother" older or younger?
If older then, use "gege"  
If younger then, use "didi"  

"keeper" is either "kanshouren"
   or "baohuren" 玂 臔   I like this one 

My brother's keeper would then be:
wo (gege) or (didi) de baohuren.
и   or    玂臔  
