I may be giving advice where it is not wanted. Anyway, suggest you seek expert advice from someone who knows this field. Training in agriculture I was advised not to 'ask your grandmother' for advice on farming. I'm sure it applies to translators too...
pace of movement, pace of learning/teaching? power and force maybe referring to 'energy' or something - martial arts and yoga disciplines and philosophy are not my area, but probably not only physical/bodily pace, power, force?
