peer agreement (net): +1义务，职责和责任 Explanation: 这三个词我也研究了很久。其实我们通常习惯用“责任”一个词来概括上面的三个意思。例如：1)一个工程师，对他的徒弟说：“这是你的责任，你必须把它做好”。2)你有儿子了，要负起一个父亲的责任。３）你这样做是要承担法律责任的！其实这三种情况是有区别的。第一种含义为职责，如所谓生产责任制，岗位责任制，相当于responsibility。第二种含义为义务，例如法律上常用的保证责任，举证责任，也可以叫做保证义务，举证义务，相当于oblicatioin。第三种含义，即所谓法律责任，民事责任等，指不履行法律义务因而应受到某种制裁，相当于liability。 |
