謝謝Xiaoping Fu提出“联营者”這個譯法,但不同意將exception譯作“例外”或“破例”。因為一件正式簽訂的書面合同原本就對雙方具有約束力,不允許有例外﹝除非另有規定﹞,何須再規定不允許例外?我已注意到介詞 from, 而不是 to, 但是,即使將exception 解作“例外”,其後接的介詞也應該是of 而不是from, 因此我把它看做是撰稿者的筆誤 (正如同 any exceptions 也是筆誤) 或習慣性誤用。事實上,英美律師撰寫的文件並非絕對沒有用詞或語法上的錯誤,有些律師習慣性地把different from 寫為 different than 就曾受到許多與言學者的批評。
