Sorry to have asked such an embarrassing question here. I saw this phrase in a Chinese forum, where a group of people were talking about music. I goggled online and found it was closely related with Lindsay Lohan, whose name I didn’t hear of before. I guess she is a singer and this phrase is a name of one of her songs. However, I didn’t find the lyrics of the song, according to which I could have guessed the meaning of the phrase. That's why I asked for help here. When I knew it was something indecent, I felt really embarrassed and closed the question. Anyway, thank those who offered help.
