肝硬化时肝实质回声特点为:回声增粗、增强,可见斑块状强回声区;用适宜的增益条件扫描,看见多数低回声小结节镶嵌在肝实质内,前者由纤维化所致,后者系再生结节;随病变发展,出现肝结构紊乱、肝实质不均质改变,需要与弥漫性肝癌的声像图相鉴别。
