English term or phrase: the filling head pocket
饮料瓶清洗、灌装和旋盖三功能一体机

The Machine is a JR16 16 5

This machine is still not in production due to problems through out the equipment as listed below

1. The infeed worm assembly was loose and required work to eliminate movement in the drive as the bottles were not being picked up correctly.
2. The rinser mounting (清洗装置的支架) was difficult to adjust, I showed your engineer while it was in the workshop and he assured me the work would be carried out. As we still have difficulty I assume the work was not completed.
3. The transfer star wheel taking the bottle from the rinse section to the filling section is not correct as the bottles do not transfer fully in to the filling head pocket. We have fitted a deflecting arm to ensure the neck of the bottle is located correctly.
