特玛拉 or 妲媚

特玛拉 (te4 ma3 la1 , the numbers here are for the tones, you can ignore them if you don't familair with them) is the standard translation in English-Chinese dictionary (mainland China). It is neutral with no meaning and no flavor.
Since it is for a lady, probably the loved one, you may like to choose the second one I made up--妲媚(da2 mei2). The word “妲”is used by a famous ancient Chinese beauty. The word “媚”means sexy and charming.

I saw this name in a Russian-Chinese Dictionary of Personal Names and Surnames, which included names and surnames common in the whole former Soviet Union. This name of the Georgian origin has not been an exclusion.
Good luck!
