English term or phrase: old/young

In France there is a drink called marc. It is sold in two qualities: aged in barrels for 10 years, or straight from the distillery. This is called 'old' and 'young' marc. (vieux and jeune in French). I understand that the usual Chinese term for new wine or spirit would be 新 xin. My question: is it possible in this case to use 青 qing? Note that this is an unusual term in French, and I would like to keep the original meaning if possible.
