Licensee agrees that, in addition to any and all other remedies available to Licensor, Licensor shall have the right to have any such activity by Licensee restrained by equitable relief, including, but not limited to, a temporary restraining order, ... or such other alternative relief as may be appropriate, without the necessity of Licensor posting a bond.

"The party who is required to post bond may either give cash or other assets to the clerk of the court or obtain a bond from a surety company. The bond may be "forfeited" upon the happening of certain events, in which case the surety must make good on the bond, for which the company charges a non-refundable fee regardless of whether it actually has to make any payment to the court. A bond is not an insurance policy. If the surety company actually has to pay, it may recover the full amount (in addition to the non-refundable bonding fee) from the bonded party. "
