Interview for people with learning disabilities in inclusive work

'Inclusive Work' in the context of this project means employment in an integrated environment, as well as employment in a sheltered environment/workshop, where a person with disabilities receives real or normal wages (i.e. the going rate or minimum wage), as opposed to other people with disabilities who may be on Social benefits plus a small top up payment (not real wages). This is so because there are many variations/definitions of inclusive employment cross-culturally. The key being "real wages".
