Veselého Valentýna!

Explanation:
The Czech version of the name "Valentine" is "Valentýn" (it is even on the Czech calendar on February 14), and people in the Czech Republic normally wish each other "Veselého Valentýna", although the holiday was basically unknown in the country before the early 1990s.
