Customer represents that XXX has agreed or will agree with Customer that until a notice (“MPP Termination Notice”) is given by either the Customer or XXX in accordance with applicable Lease provisions or by either the Customer or YYY in accordance with this Addendum, XXX will accept the periodic monthly rent payments (“Rent”) including, if applicable, VAT Payable Through Agent as described below due under the Lease from YYY, as agent for Customer, rather than directly from Customer (such relation is referred to herein as “Agency Agreement”).

XXX is a sort of separate "financing departure" for the equipment the customer is leasing from YYY....
