There is not much information here.

I agree with Daphne, that it could be 'frøken' if you refer to a person. Please note that 'frøken is not capitalized, unless it's at the beginning of a sentence.

However, 'miss' can be a verb and has various meanings e.g. 'I miss you' = jeg savner dig, etc.

"Miss" can also be a noun = "a miss" = et fejlslag, etc. - it all depends on the context.
