'bouwstenen' voor de rest van de zin (enige zelfwerkzaamheid wordt nog wel verlangd): radiaal gemoduleerd (whatever that means, who cares anyway!) -- gericht beïnvloeden -- "opgeblazen" prestaties en rijveiligheid; met opgeblazen bedoelt men hier volgens mij, dat het effect op prestaties (hogere stijfheid = betere prestaties) sowieso wordt overgewaardeerd (N.B. lagere stijfheid = meer absorptie van energie = veiliger)
