Under the Plan the Options may be exercised starting two years following the Date of Grant in accordance with the vesting schedule as mentioned below. A participant should be employed by XXX at the vesting moments in order to exercise the Options.
During the first year following the commencement of the relevant Option Period, a Participant may exercise 50% of the total number of Options granted to him two years prior to the commencement of the relevant Option Period; this means that 50% of the Options can be exercised during the third year after the Date of Grant;
I do get the idea, but I'm not sure about the correct Dutch term for it. Thanks for your help.
