English term or phrase: CD-ROM
Dear Dutch Translators,

Hi!
Will you please tell me if CD-ROM needs to be translated, or you just use it as it is: "CD-ROM".

And, if you translate it, how would you translate it?

Have a good time!
Doris Fukuda
Dutch translation:CD-ROM
Explanation:
is what I always use. However, one can also use CD-rom or cd-rom.

Hence, it should not be translated but just stay as it is.

-> Zeker. En ik weet ook dat cd-rom nu in de mode is. Maar zelf verkies ik CD-ROM. Het is een afkorting en het verdient hoofdletters.
