Explanation:
blijkbaar is deze term aardig ingeburgerd: decentrale metingen en analyse, in tegenstelling tot in een lab (zie google-link)

in deze context kun je natuurlijk niet decentrale "computing" zeggen, maar bijvoorbeeld "marktleider in computerapparatuur voor decentrale medische analyse"
