Explanation:
I'm not an expert, but Van Amerongen, in Terminologie Financieel Management [Samson] -- "notoriously unreliable" according to some ;-) -- renders the term 'perpetuity' as: a. levenslang bezit, levenslange lijfrente; b. eeuwigdurende rente. Hope this helps anyway!
