"boot cast" Explanation: The technique is not (yet) in common use in the Netherlands. There does not seem to be a Dutch word for it. Suggest you use the English expression with quotation marks. gips met beenpijp Explanation: look under the section 'gipscorset' it mentions the above term boot cast obviously refers to the shape of the cast ( as opposed to eg having your foot or your whole leg up to the knee in plaster) hope it helps you!
