naar het Duits vertaald betekent dit:

"Sachmängelhaftung" (Bron: Romain/Bader/Byrd: Dictionary of Legal and Commercial Terms). Het gaat dus om de aansprakelijkheid van een "merchant" die moet instaan voor de door hem verkochte en geleverde zaak Dus: "aansprakelijkheid van de verkoper" LET OP: niet productaansprakelijkheid want dat begrip slaat op de aansprakelijkheid van de producent!
